About
Rev. Sylvia C. Bills is an Associate Minister at Historic Tanner Chapel A.M.E. Church and the founder of Experience Tanner Ministry (ETM), where she integrates technology, creativity, and the Word of God into transformative worship experiences.
A designer, teacher, and kingdom builder, she is also the founder of UniqDzyns LLC, a creative services agency that has helped churches, ministries, and businesses tell their stories with clarity and beauty since 2013.
Her writing is born from the places where Scripture meets real life — honest, layered, and always pointing toward freedom.
